How can I contact Epsera?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the globe!

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests after this time. However, once your order arrives, you can return it for a full refund if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. While we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, please allow extra time during busy periods like holidays and sales. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship out within 1-3 business days. Please note we do not process orders on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take up to 2 weeks to reach you. We appreciate your patience!

What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, we’ll happily issue a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All prices displayed on our site are tax-free in GBP. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for additional duties, taxes, and customs fees once your order reaches its final destination. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by Epsera. If you have questions about these charges, please contact your local customs office.
